H.E Amb. Wambura presents long life Milk to H.E. Madam Angeline Ndayishimiye
On 14th March, 2022, H.E. Ambassador Daniel Wambura, Kenya’s Ambassador to Burundi, presented 10,000 liters of long life milk to the First Lady of the Republic of Burundi, Madam Angeline Ndayishimiye.
The milk is part of the Kenya government donations to the Republic of Burundi during President Evaristé Ndayishimiye’s State Visit to Kenya in June 2021. Other donations that were already handed over to the Republic of Burundi include: 50 high yield dairy cows; 4,000 doses of semen for breeding; 1000 tsetse traps, 20,000 does of foot and Mouth vaccines, and 1ton of pasture seeds.
The First Lady expressed deep gratitude on behalf of the Government of Burundi, and noted that the milk will be distributed to all deserving children and mothers in Burundi.
