Karibu to the Kenya Embassy in Bujumbura<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Kenya Embassy in Burundi. As Ambassador Extra-Ordinary and Plenipotentiary to Burundi and Permanent Representative to the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), I am committed to deepening the strong diplomatic relationship between our nations and enhancing Kenya\u2019s leadership role within the region.<\/p>\n

It is indeed an honour to serve my nation in such a beautiful country with a great people. I am committed to furthering strong ties of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Kenya and Burundi during my tenure.<\/p>\n

Our mission in Burundi serves as a vital platform for fostering stronger bilateral ties between Kenya and Burundi, while also supporting regional peace and cooperation within the framework of the ICGLR. Through our diplomatic engagement, we aim to advance Kenya\u2019s role in promoting security, development, and prosperity for all in the Great Lakes Region.<\/p>\n

I look forward to working with our Host Government, the people of Burundi, the Diplomatic Corps and all relevant stakeholders to consolidate our bilateral cooperation and broader international relations at all levels.<\/p>\n

To my fellow Kenyans, I reiterate my commitment to work together and chat a path to the future that is in the best interest of our country. I am confident that your commitment to hard work, professionalism and duty to our nation will go a long way in creating a solid bridge between our two friendly countries for more meaningful collaboration in various fields of our national development agenda<\/p>\n
